Sunnah Statements Returns & Refund Policy

At Sunnah Statements, we strive to provide high-quality, Sunnah-compliant products that you and your family will love. We understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with us is positive.

Returns Process

If you experience a change of mind or receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.

  • For purchases made directly from our website:
    Contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
  • For purchases made through our stockists:
    Please contact the retailer directly to address your concern.

We’ll do our best to repair, replace, or refund your item where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We understand that plans can change. If you decide you no longer need your item:

  • Notify us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Shipping fees for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

Once the return is approved, we’ll provide either:

  • A refund (minus any transaction fees, e.g., PayPal), or
  • An exchange for an item of equal value (additional postage charges apply).

Damaged or Defective Products

Although rare, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
  2. For major defects, you may request a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we may offer repairs or replacements of specific components to reduce waste.

We may request the product be returned for assessment, and you’ll be reimbursed for return postage if applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately with “Cancel My Order” in the subject line. If the cancellation request is received before shipment, we’ll issue a refund (less any transaction fees). Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the date of purchase. If a defect develops within this period, contact us for assistance.

Please note:

  • Damage due to misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or excessive wear and tear is not covered.
  • Examples of misuse include leaving marker caps off, improper use of mats, or excessive force on components.

Gifted Products

If you’ve received a Sunnah Statements product as a gift and there’s an issue, let us know! Without proof of purchase, we may offer an exchange or gift voucher instead of a refund.
